It is a combination of TF-714 tape feeder and Olympian Untangling Device. It is for tape or elastic which has been released and placed behind the sewing machine.

The Untangling Device is linked with the tape feed. It rotate simultaneously with the tape feeder to loosen the tape before it was inserted into the feeder. Its anti-knotted device will alarm if the tape is knotted or can't be fed smoothly.
